Role Context & Responsibilities
I joined PARAS-ATCOP as an Inventory & Logistics Intern, supporting supply chain operations including stock control, shipment coordination, and operational reporting. The role provided exposure to structured processes, documentation standards, and cross-functional coordination.
Inventory Management & Stock Control
Supported inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and basic reporting with warehouse teams, helping identify discrepancies and improve record accuracy.
Logistics Coordination & Shipment Tracking
Assisted with shipment tracking, delivery scheduling, and documentation support, coordinating with internal stakeholders and logistics partners.
Operational Data Collection & Analysis
Contributed to collecting performance data such as delivery times and process bottlenecks to support internal visibility and decision-making.
Cross-Functional & Event Coordination
Supported a corporate Expo by assisting with logistics planning, vendor coordination, and on-site execution in a time-sensitive environment.
