About Me

I’ve always believed that careers aren’t linear — they grow through curiosity, experiences, and the people you meet along the way. I enjoy learning continuously, understanding new perspectives, and seeing how small ideas can lead to meaningful outcomes. Being exposed to different cultures has made adaptability one of my natural strengths. I’m driven by growth, collaboration, and making a positive contribution wherever I work.

Personal Journey

Pakistan → SwitzerlandAdaptabilityPeople-focused

I grew up in Pakistan and later moved to Switzerland — a transition that shaped how I see the world and how I work. Adapting to a new country, culture, and academic environment taught me resilience, independence, and the value of stepping outside my comfort zone. Living between different cultures helped me stay flexible and people-oriented. It pushed me to observe, listen, and continuously learn — skills that now influence how I collaborate, communicate, and solve problems in diverse environments.

Professional Journey

OperationsProcess thinkingData to decisions

My professional foundation was built in a family-run hospitality business, where I worked close to day-to-day operations. That environment taught me accountability early on — from coordinating workflows to handling customer interactions and solving problems under pressure. Over time, I became increasingly curious about how data, systems, and structured processes can improve business performance. That curiosity led me into business information systems and digital transformation, where I began developing skills in analytics, process modeling, and data-driven decision-making.

A defining chapter in my journey was my Erasmus experience. Studying abroad exposed me to new perspectives, international teamwork, and unfamiliar challenges. It encouraged me to try new things, take initiative, and actively seek learning beyond the classroom — reinforcing my interest in dynamic, technology-driven environments and continuous improvement.
